RECREATION: U-4 – U-6, 2015s
The Superstar Soccer Club (SSSC) offers preK-2nd grade programs in the spring, fall, and winter. This program is strictly for beginner soccer players who are looking to explore soccer and have fun in a non-competitive environment. There is no season-to-season commitment for this program similar to our Junior Academy and Academy programs, but when a player signs up for a season the expectation is for the player to complete the season. The spring season is typically from April – June, the Fall season is from September – November, and the Winter indoor or outdoor season runs from December – March. Coaches are a mix of professional coaches who work with our Junior Academy and Academy programs, along with volunteer coaches. During the winter season, our professional coaches train the players once or twice a week. During the spring and fall seasons, our professional coaches train the players during the week and volunteer coaches coach the team on the weekends. There is positive feedback throughout the season and plenty of fun interactive games to keep the kids moving. We play various games like Dribble Tag, Red-Light Green Light, Get the Coach, 1 v 1, and so many more fun exercises. All of the players have a ball at their feet at all times, and our coaches are very much involved in their development and fun. Teams are grouped by 10-12 players.

We always NEED new volunteer assistant coaches for Rec teams. Please consider volunteering to assist or even help manage a team. Your child’s fee will be discounted for volunteering. SSSC Recreational Program is 75% volunteer dependent, and without volunteer parents like you stepping up, our children would not be able to play. If you’d like more information on volunteering, please email the Rec Director
